David is a fully qualified instructor with the Scottish Game Angling Instructors Certificate (SGAIC) for double and single handed fly casting and fly tying. David has 60 years experience all over the UK, Ireland, Argentina and Cape Verde.

Novice anglers to experienced flyfishers needing to improve their technique and learn new skills.
Course participants will stay at the famous Oykel Bridge Hotel . This will include full board with a hearty breakfast, packed lunch and excellent dinner. The charge for full board depends on the room type and whether rooms are single or double occupancy.
The cost of the course will be £600 per person.
This covers six days tuition as well as some talks by David in the evening. Fishing equipment will be provided although you can bring your own. The course will be limited to a maximum of ten participants. If the numbers are more than six, David will have the help of a well qualified assistant. 3 day courses are also available, with the first half of the week suited to novices and the second half to more experienced casters.
