The tariff includes Bed, Breakfast, Dinner & Buffet Packed Lunch, inclusive of VAT at 20.0%. Any lunches taken in the bar will be charged at the standard Menu price. All sixteen bedrooms are en-suite, Lodge rooms located to the front of the hotel & Four River rooms located at the rear of the hotel on the ground floor are newly re-furbished, further river rooms located at the rear all with views over the river and grounds.
If one is booking a Lodge for fishing one now generally pays for the cost up front. If you are unable to go then your insurance policy may well provide cover.
For the 2025 season you will be asked to pay one half of the cost of accommodation and food up front as the only way to secure your booking. Your booking will be confirmed in writing. Then two weeks before you come you will be contacted by Liz to settle the balance. If you do have to cancel at any time we will try and re-let your room and, if successful, you will receive a full refund.
This will replace our previous deposit, cancellation and early departure policies.
We are keen to prevent having to implement a card surcharge as is becoming more common due to the costs of card processing. Please help us by paying by Debit Card, it really does make a big difference to us, Thank you.
Breakfast is served between 8.00 – 8.30am daily.
The Dinner gong summons guests for their evening meal at 8.00pm nightly.
Corkage is charged at a rate of £15 per bottle on any wines consumed in the hotel.
We do not guarantee rooms available until 2.00pm and we kindly request departure from rooms by 10.00am.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Oykel Bridge Hotel, a charge of £5 per night will apply. We kindly ask dogs are not to be allowed on the beds, and we kindly ask owners ensure dogs are clean and dry before being allowed into the hotel, and that they clean up after them whilst around the hotel grounds. Additional charges may to incurred for damaged or if excessive cleaning required.
Shareholders have the chance for priority booking for up to 3 Rooms; this priority expires on the 15th December Tenants have priority for up to 3 Rooms until the 15th January (though second to shareholders until the 15th December).
